This spreader allows operators to use one spreader for seed, fertilizer, kiln-dried sand and even ice-melt, without the need to have a separate fleet of spreaders just for top-dressing, which allows for more budget flexibility for the operations. The spreader needs to be used with Kiln-Dried Sand for the best results and means that you don’t need to buy expensive power equipment just for topdressing smaller areas.
The TurfDresser PRO features a high-capacity 1.8 cu.ft. funnel-shaped hopper, made from injection-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE), to ensure the spreader fully empties for efficient coverage. Its design incorporates Spyker’s patent-pending, quick-change top-dressing kit and side-deflector, allowing operators to switch from regular spreading to top-dressing quickly and efficiently.
This spreader is equipped with large 13” x 5” turf-tread tires, which provides smooth movement over turf without damage. The adjustable handles offer increased comfort and control, while ensuring that the hopper and spinner remain level during operation for consistent and accurate distribution.
Spyker’s easy-to-use calibration system and on/off controls simplify operation, allowing for quick adjustments and precise spreading every time.
