      Perfect for tight areas in my lawn. I have some narrow landscaping around a new garden shed and this spreader works well so that I don’t waste seed, fert, or lime. It’s comfortable and high quality. The 5 lb capacity is a nice feature.

      I was skeptical buying such a small spreader, but man I surely underestimated this thing! I have a 1000sqft strip of grass between the road and my sidewalk and a larger spreader would always throw over the edges, getting fert and other products on the road and from there it would wash into the drains. None of us want to waste product or worse polite the waters. This little spreader has COMPLETELY solved that problem, no more wasted product, no more hassle of a big spreader for only a few pounds. I even use it for salt! No matter what I throw at this thing it just keeps slinging product!! Everyone should have one of these!!

      This little thing is amazing! My new yard has a very small section that my broadcast spreader just throws too far. This handheld is absolutely perfect for all of my applications: from pre-emergents to overseeding. It’s slightly angled so it throws and spreads perfectly even with your hand in a natural and comfortable position. Comes in extra handy when fertilizing the landscape around the house.

      By FAR, the best handheld spreader out there. Mine rides all day long, day after day in my hopper full of fertilizer. Very seldom does a granular of product get stuck in any of the gears. These things are bullet proof, I will NOT go without. I have 3 spare on the shelf.
